Experience your dream fishing with Moström's sportfishing on Timon Island
Tioman Island located in the South China Sea, is a small tropical island 42 miles off Kuala Rompin in Pahang state. The Island is only 39 km long and 12 km wide. The densely forested island is sparsely inhabited, and is surrounded by numerous coral reefs, making it a popular snorkeling and scuba diving destination.
East of Tioman Island, the waters are deeper and here you often find nice size Dorado, Wahoo, Sailfish and smaller Black Marlin, there are many Fish Aggregating Devices (FADs) in the area that holds a lot of Dorado, Sailfish, Wahoo, Narrow Barred Spanish Mackerel and other game fish species. Bottom fishing with baited hooks and jigging for many different trevally, snapper and grouper species is a great alternative to the game fishing action.
One of several reptiles that you can meet with a bit of luck
Flying fox (Pteropus hypomelanus) is often seen hanging up in the palm trees during the day and then flies out at dusk
